JLFastener Completes High-Precision Fastener Production Upgrade in 2026, Expands Export Capacity
JLFastener, a professional Chinese manufacturer and exporter of standard and custom industrial fasteners, officially announced the completion of its high-precision fastener production line upgrade project in September 2026. The renovation covers cold forming workshop, heat treatment workshop and finished product quality inspection area, introducing multiple sets of new-generation cold forging machines, CNC thread rolling equipment and full-automatic optical screening machines. The whole upgrade project targets growing overseas demand for tight-tolerance fasteners from automation equipment, mechanical engineering and new energy industries, especially orders shipped to Russia, Central Asia and European markets.
Before the upgrade, JLFastener’s production system mainly focused on general standard fasteners. With the rapid rise of overseas customers’ requirements on dimensional consistency and thread precision, the company started this intelligent transformation project at the beginning of 2026. The newly installed automatic optical inspection (AOI) system can realize 100% full inspection of fastener dimensions, thread defects, surface cracks and plating flaws. Compared with traditional manual sampling inspection, the inspection efficiency increases by more than 300%, while the escape rate of defective products drops sharply below 0.02%. For high-strength bolts, stainless steel custom screws and non-standard fastener parts, the new thread rolling equipment can stabilize thread tolerance within ISO 6H / 6g precision grade, fully meeting the strict standards of high-end mechanical assembly.
In terms of production capacity, after the whole line is put into stable operation, JLFastener’s monthly output of high-precision custom fasteners will increase by 80 tons. The expanded capacity greatly shortens lead time for bulk export orders. Previously, non-standard precision fastener orders usually needed 25 to 35 working days for production. Now the cycle is reduced to 12 to 20 working days, bringing obvious advantages for overseas engineering purchasers and distributors. Meanwhile, the factory has optimized the heat treatment process for grade 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 high-strength fasteners. The new controlled atmosphere heat treatment furnace reduces surface decarburization risk and improves the stability of mechanical properties, including tensile strength and yield strength, which is critical for heavy machinery and vehicle assembly projects.
Supply chain and packaging also get upgraded together. JLFastener built an automated finished goods warehouse, supporting classified storage for different material fasteners including carbon steel, A2 and A4 stainless steel. VCI anti-rust film, thread protective caps and customized export packaging are available for long-distance sea and railway transportation to Russian regions. Every batch of export goods can provide complete material test certificates, heat treatment reports and dimensional inspection records, to satisfy the audit requirements of large overseas engineering buyers.
Mr. Li, production director of JLFastener, stated in the press release that this upgrade is a strategic move to shift the company from mass production of ordinary standard fasteners to high-value precision fastening solutions. “Many of our Russian and European clients are engaged in automated machinery manufacturing. They no longer only care about unit price; consistent tolerance, stable mechanical performance and complete traceability become core selection criteria. The new production lines help us deliver reliable custom fasteners with stable quality and shorter delivery time.”
In the next stage, JLFastener plans to further optimize digital production management. MES manufacturing execution system will be fully deployed on the workshop floor, to track every production procedure from raw material wire input to finished goods packing. The company will keep expanding its product portfolio, including special alloy fasteners for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant working conditions. The sales team will keep attending overseas industrial exhibitions and maintaining direct communication with distributors and end-users across Russia, CIS countries and Europe, to continuously understand local market needs and provide tailored fastening solutions. With the upgraded manufacturing capability, JLFastener aims to become a trusted long-term supplier of high-precision industrial fasteners for global machinery and automation projects in 2026 and beyond.
