JLFastener Optimizes Full Quality Inspection Process to Support Overseas Fastener Export in 2026
JLFastener has completed the optimization of full-process quality inspection workflow for industrial fastener products in 2026. The upgrade covers raw material incoming inspection, in-process monitoring during cold forging and heat treatment, as well as finished product sampling test, aiming to further stabilize batch consistency of high-strength bolts, stainless steel screws, self-locking nuts and customized non-standard fasteners. The improvement targets growing export demand from machinery manufacturers, steel structure contractors and engineering purchasers, especially orders delivered to Russia and CIS markets.
Before raw materials enter production workshops, all steel bars and stainless steel blanks will undergo spectral analysis to verify chemical composition. Unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly to eliminate hidden dangers at the source. During production, technicians continuously monitor temperature parameters of heat treatment furnaces. For grade 8.8,10.9 and 12.9 high-strength fasteners, precise temperature control helps avoid decarburization and unstable mechanical performance, which are common failure causes of heavy-load connecting bolts.
In the finished product inspection workshop, the company added automatic thread gauge detection equipment and digital hardness tester. Each production batch will carry out tensile test, yield strength test and hardness inspection. For export products, salt spray test can be arranged according to customer requirements to verify anti-corrosion performance of electro-galvanizing, Dacromet and Geomet coating. All test records can be archived and material certificates 3.1 and inspection reports are available upon request for overseas engineering audit.
Considering long-distance cross-border transportation to Russian regions, JLFastener also standardized export packaging specifications. VCI anti-rust film, thread protection caps and moisture-proof cartons are adopted to protect fastener threads from scratch and rust during sea and railway shipment. The unified packaging standard reduces product damage rate in logistics and improves customer receiving experience.
The sales and technical team also strengthened pre-sale technical matching service. For bulk orders and custom fastener projects, engineers assist buyers to confirm material, strength grade, surface treatment and dimension requirements in advance, reducing the risk of wrong selection. After the delivery, the team tracks logistics information and responds timely to after-sales inquiries.
In the next stage, JLFastener will continue to improve quality control capability and enrich product range. The company will keep collecting feedback from global end users, optimize product solutions for different working conditions, and provide stable, cost-effective industrial fastener supply for overseas machinery and construction projects.
